Mechanical insulation is essential, as it is important for energy conservation, freeze protection, personnel protection, mold prevention, condensation and moisture control, process control, noise control, and fire safety.
  • Tank Wrap: Pipe and Tank Insulation wraps are available in a variety of facings (ASJ, FSK, and Glass Mat). They are manufactured with the fibers perpendicular to the surface, which gives the material the characteristics of a rigid board. Pipe and Tank Insulation can be applied using stainless steel banding or tie wire, CD weld pins or cup head pins. The material is available in 36” widths and thicknesses.

  • ASJ Fiberglass Pipe Covering:  Fiberglass Insulation is tailored to fit for copper, iron and PVC pipe applications.
  • ​ PVC JACKETING ROLL: Jacketing can be used indoors or outdoors. It stays white, with exceptional outdoor weathering.
  • Mastic: Water-based penetrating sealer designed to efficiently stiffen edges of fiberglass insulation panels.
  • ​ASJ Tape: Excellent resistance to weathering, mold, UV and environmental conditions, this ASJ tape performs well in extremely cold and hot temperature applications.
  •  PVC ELBOW FITTING​​:  -20 to 150 deg F, Resists: UV (90-DEG 45-DEG) 
  • ​Tack: Stainless Steel, White, For Use With: PVC Fitting Cover.
  • ​ARMAFLEX Rubber Tape; Helps control condensation drip on domestic cold-water, chilled water, and other cold piping and fittings and to reduce heat loss when applied to hot-water lines that operate up to 180 deg F (82 deg C)
